Maybe you just need to keep Goolging until you find it. I checked this page on one of Canon's European sites, and I could not find it there either. While I was not able to find it on Canon's USA site, you might be able to find the driver you need on a foreign Canon website. But if they have deprecated a certain model - as occurred with me a while back - and if Apple does not include the required driver in their packages, then there isn't much you can do about it. Sometimes the manufacturer of the printer will have updated drivers which will keep your printer/scanner working. This breaking of printers and scanners is a common occurrence with macOS updates.
